Overview:

The SMC5-5-N-N motion controller features a high-performance 32-bit CPU and a high-performance FPGA, equipped with a 7-inch LCD and a user-friendly window-based human-machine interface. It offers extensive storage with an external USB port and an internal 8G TF card and supports external USB flash drives. Operating at a wide input voltage range of 12-24V, the system is controlled via a touch-sensitive keyboard. It is renowned for its high reliability, precision, low noise, and ease of use.

This controller supports five-axis linkage and employs a multi-micro-segment lookahead control algorithm to achieve five-axis linear interpolation and multi-micro-segment continuous interpolation, along with power-off resume carving and coordinate storage features. It also supports a handwheel control interface and includes RTCP (Rotational Tool Center Point) for tooltip following functionality.

The clear and simple parameter settings facilitate convenient and efficient operation. The input/output configuration function simplifies usage and peripheral expansion.
